We are seeking an experienced Azure Applications Support Engineer to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our Azure-based applications. You will
be working with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are available and meeting the
needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support for our Azure-based applications
 Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our Azure applications
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our Azure applications and infrastructure
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
 Develop and maintain documentation related to our Azure applications and support processes
 Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements for our Azure
applications
 Provide guidance and support to junior team members
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to improve the efficiency of
the support process
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 3+ years of experience in Azure applications support and administration
 Strong understanding of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and
network resources
 Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure-related issues and incidents
 Experience in monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability, and security of Azure
applications
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
 Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate, are a plus
