As of October 2025, Mr. Bigden steps into this leadership role after years of transforming how Mobomo delivers digital solutions for our federal and commercial customers.
Since joining Mobomo in 2018, Mr. Bigden has redefined what delivery excellence looks like. He built our PMO from the ground up, launched company-wide project management initiatives, and embedded PMP methodologies across our contracts, driving greater velocity, transparency, communication, and alignment with customer goals.
But what truly sets Mr. Bigden apart is his investment in people. He created Mobomo’s mentorship program and opened it to everyone in the company. He’s led professional development workshops, built knowledge-sharing groups that break down silos, and continually steps up to coach PMs on strategies that move projects forward while helping colleagues grow. His belief that good enough is never enough and growth is something that never stops, has enabled him to cultivate a culture of continuous self-development across the organization, empowering people to improve in service to our clients and give back to Mobomo simultaneously. He believes every person is essential and deserving of success in both their personal and professional lives; each support the other and are not at odds. Success in both leads to growth in both and more engaged individuals.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in information systems, and a concentration in management from Bridgewater College, Mr. Bigden is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, and SAFe 5.1 Scrum Master. Before joining Mobomo, he led large-scale transformation efforts at Celerity, Infinitive, and Accenture.
