Damascus, MD – Mobomo is proud to announce its role as a subcontractor to Blue Water Thinking, one of the prime awardees on the Department of Veterans (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Healthcare Transformation 2.0 (IHT2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
With a total ceiling of $14 billion over ten years (August 2025 – August 2035), IHT2 will provide comprehensive, veteran-centric, healthcare-specific program support across the VHA. The contract expands upon the scope of the original IHT vehicle, increasing from 36 to 61 capability areas, including new areas in health informatics.
As part of the Blue Water Thinking team, Mobomo will contribute its expertise in digital transformation, human-centered design, and DevSecOps to support VHA’s mission of delivering high-quality, efficient, and integrated healthcare services to Veterans nationwide.

The IHT2 contract is designed to deliver enhanced healthcare and service to our Veterans, their Families, and their Care Givers. IHT2 will create efficiencies to maximize value for taxpayers, ensuring smart expenditures for Veterans and the public.
