With more than twenty-five years of federal sector experience, Mr. Varghese brings deep expertise in strategic growth, digital transformation, and federal technology modernization across civilian and health agencies.
Mr. Varghese has supported organizations serving a wide range of federal agencies, leading strategy, business development, capture, and operations teams. Prior to joining Mobomo, he held leadership roles at Nava, Halvik, and ASSYST.
He joins Mobomo at an important stage in the company’s evolution as it continues to strengthen its position in the federal marketplace. His background in digital transformation, customer engagement, and enterprise-level growth strategies will support Mobomo’s ongoing efforts to align with emerging federal priorities and deepen its impact on mission-focused programs.
In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Varghese will help guide Mobomo’s long-term strategic direction, refine business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand the company’s service offerings. His leadership will play a central role in supporting Mobomo’s continued commitment to delivery excellence, customer alignment, and mission support.
