Saju Varghese is Mobomo’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy, business development priorities, and market expansion initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in the government space, he brings deep expertise in strategic planning, digital modernization, and mission-focused growth across civilian and health agencies.
Saju has held senior leadership roles in mid-sized organizations, leading strategy, capture, and business development efforts to help scale them into their next phase of growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University, an MBA from Osmania University, and is PMP and ITIL Foundation certified.

Javier Destefanis has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Javier began their career in 2003 as a System Manager for Rimont Sistemas. In 2005, they moved to TeleTech as an IT Project Leader. From 2011 to 2013, they served as Fraud Operations Manager and Senior IT Project Manager at DineroMail. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as Senior IT Project Manager for both FOX Sports and Fox International Channels (FIC). In 2015, they joined Mobomo as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for defining scope, determining project estimates and timelines, applying Agile methodologies, executing daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, etc. Javier has also been responsible for analyzing alerts, detecting fraudulent patterns, proposing solutions, analyzing potentially fraudulent transactions, giving alerts, generating historical documentation, planning, estimating, analyzing risks and creating contingency plans.

Javier Destefanis has a diverse educational background. Javier completed a Lic. Sistemas degree at the University of Buenos Aires from 1991 to 1997, and an Eletronics Technician degree at Huergo from 1998 to 2004. In 2008, they obtained a 3 Degree in Systems from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, and a Chef Profesional Internacional degree from Instituto Argentino de gastronomía. Javier also completed a Lic en Informatica degree from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas in 2013. In addition, Javier Destefanis has two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained in April 2021.

Tom is Vice President of Mobomo's DHS Business Segment. He has over 30 years of service and support in the commercial, federal, DOD, IC, and DHS market segments, with a 19-year emphasis on supporting DHS and the component agencies.

He has extensive experience in software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational security, developing strategic roadmaps that align people, processes, and technology to meet and exceed customer mission objectives. He has led the business development and capture efforts for private and public businesses throughout the US supporting multiple vertical markets.

Jason Schulte is the Chief Operating Officer at Mobomo. With more than 20 years of software engineering experience, he has exceptional proficiency in managing large engineering teams. Prior to joining Mobomo in 2016,

Jason founded and ran his own company, Exceptual Technologies. There he focused on providing infrastructure, hosting, and web development for businesses. Jason enjoys providing both technical and professional leadership to the entire Mobomo organization by fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and servant leadership.

Gerardo Pinkus has been passionately delivering exceptional graphic design for 8 years now. As Mobomo's Art Director, he's the beacon that leads all the design efforts to bring every product delivered to its highest quality. Mr. Pinkus' attention to detail and talent help him set the desired styles tailored to fulfill every client's needs.
His first steps in the digital world began years ago designing websites for a variety of clients at design studios. Later on, he jumped on board into the mobile world to which he has devoted his career up to today.

Brian Lacey was named CEO of Mobomo in April of 2015. Since then, the company has grown around 50% in revenue and employee growth each year. Under his leadership, Brian has led Mobomo to be named the Inc. 5000 fastest growing company (2015, 2016),

Best Places to Work (2016), Webby Award (2016), Muse Creative Award (2016), DCA Live Media (2016), Top website and mobile developer by Clutch (2015, 2016). Brian serves as a thought leader in the industry. He recently was named as an industry chair at Advanced Technology Academic Research Center.

He received a double B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.

Ken Fang is the President of Mobomo, LLC, contributing to corporate strategy and business development. He is also a board member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce. Prior to Mobomo, Mr. Fang founded Altum, Inc. a market leader of enterprise grants management and performance management solutions for government and philanthropic organizations. Mr. Fang has been involved in software development for over twenty years, and has worked for a variety of companies including: American Management Systems, International Business Machines, Broderbund Software, D.C. Health and Company, Atmospheric and Environmental Research Company, and the Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Master of Business Administrator degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University, and a certificate in Bioinformatics from Stanford University.

Barg Upender is the Founder of Mobomo, with over twenty years of software development experience for federal and commercial customers. He specializes in mobile app development, user experience design, Web 2.0 designs, social media, cross-browser development, and Agile project management.

Barg has written numerous articles, and presented workshops at various conferences: he has received many awards for his user experience expertise. With two successful companies (Mobomo and Intridea, a web application development company) to his name, Barg was elected as one of Washingtonian magazine’s Top 100 Tech Titans in the D.C.-metro area.

He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, a MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford. He is a 2008 alumni of the prestigious MindShare CEO Network, the leading entrepreneur network in the DC-metro area.
