We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our IT systems. They will
work closely with our IT operations teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, perform routine
maintenance, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.

Responsibilities:
 Monitor the health and performance of our IT systems using monitoring tools.
 Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
 Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades.
 Develop and maintain IT system documentation.
 Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
 Continuously improve monitoring processes and procedures to increase efficiency and
productivity.
 Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work
experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 3+ years of experience in IT monitoring or a related field.
 Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, OpManager, or Puppet.
 Experience monitoring Azure and AWS cloud environments.
 Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
 Knowledge of networking and security principles.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
