MS 365 / SharePoint Administrator
MS 365 / SharePoint Administrator (Subject Matter Expert)
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, possessing in-depth knowledge of enterprise collaboration platforms and business process automation.
- Provides technical expertise and strategic guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimization of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office, Exchange, and related MS 365 services.
- Delivers in-depth analysis and support for highly specialized applications and operational environments across business and technical domains.
- Leads or supports the design, integration, documentation, and implementation of MS 365/SharePoint-based solutions for exceptionally complex challenges requiring deep domain expertise.
Participates across all phases of software and system development lifecycles, with a focus on:
- Planning and requirements gathering
- Functional systems analysis
- System and user acceptance testing
- Data integration and migration
- Documentation and end-user training
- Deployment and presentation to stakeholders
- Applies technical methodologies and frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions within MS 365 ecosystems.
- Utilizes Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to automate workflows and build low-code/no-code business applications.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex SharePoint Online and MS 365 issues involving permissions, site architecture, performance, and integrations.
- Implements and manages SharePoint governance, compliance, and information architecture, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, networking, and enterprise architecture groups, to support business and IT goals.
- Employs advanced mathematical and engineering principles, where appropriate, to automate business solutions or solve narrowly defined technical problems.
- Provides mentorship and technical support to junior administrators and power users across the organization.
Requirements:
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN and able to obtain a clearance
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 - 12 years of experience
