President of Delivery (Tysons, VA)

We are seeking a candidate that will take responsibility and ownership for customer relations, develop and implement rigorous delivery processes, and train and develop our rapidly growing team to produce the highest quality product and deliver them with an exceptional level of customer service.

As the President of Delivery you will:
  • Be responsible and accountable for the timely delivery and quality control of all products and services that Mobomo provides.
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction across the enterprise and serve as the escalation point for client relationships including contract management and quality reviews.
  • Work closely with our technology and design leads to ensure we are providing the latest cutting edge technology and methodologies to our customers.
  • Continuously monitor and document key performance and financial metrics across all programs and projects.
  • Produce weekly and quarterly in-depth reports for the C-Suite.
  • Restructure, train, mentor, and hire the highest caliber project teams that will meet the demanding delivery and product goals of our customers.
  • Be responsible for the mitigation of issues with project quality, timeliness, and scope creep.
  • Work closely with our commercial and federal sales teams to staff and solution upcoming bids and proposals.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to ensure contract deliverables are being met.
  • Ensure a level of profitability on all projects.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
  Qualifications / Required Experience:
  • Experience in implementing CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 standards throughout all areas and divisions of the organization.
  • 15 years of experience in leading multiple teams delivering federal or enterprise software development services.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios with combined yearly revenues of over $25M.
  • Proven history in delivering high-quality products in the federal and commercial markets
  • Experience in guiding teams in various software development methodologies including waterfall, scrum, and agile methodologies all while delivering them in different contracting requirements which could include Firm Fixed Price or Time and Material contracts.
  • Knowledgable in Human-Centered Design principles and is driven to produce elegant user experiences.
  • Ability to work with remote teams throughout the U.S., South America, and India.
  • Proven capability in restructuring dynamically shifting teams based on shifting priorities and new sales.
  • Experience in participating in Red, Gold, and White Glove proposal reviews.
  • Ability to manage P&L of multiple programs and grow revenue through repeat sales and continual penetration into large federal agencies or enterprises.
  • Has experience working with various technologies including Drupal, PHP, iOS, Android, AWS, Azure, ROR, React, Docker, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Has a BA or Masters Degree.
  • CSM and PMP certifications preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required and must be able to pass a federal background check.
  • Must be located in the DC, VA, and Maryland area with the ability to travel to our headquarters in Tysons, VA ( post-COVID ). The employee will work remotely until the COVID-19 pandemic is mitigated.
