We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Telephony Migration System Engineer to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft
telephony solutions and migrating our existing telephony systems to Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities:
 Design and implement Microsoft telephony solutions, including Microsoft Teams Phone System
and Direct Routing
 Plan and execute migrations of existing telephony systems to Microsoft Teams
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
 Develop and maintain documentation related to telephony solutions and support processes
 Provide technical support for Microsoft telephony solutions
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to improve the efficiency of
the support process
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft telephony solutions
 Strong understanding of Microsoft telephony solutions, including Microsoft Teams Phone
System and Direct Routing
 Experience in planning and executing migrations of existing telephony systems to Microsoft
Teams
 Experience in troubleshooting and resolving telephony-related issues and incidents
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
